Reporting a problem with a tool

Bug reports are genuinely useful, and the more specific the better. If you can, include:

• Which tool page you were on
• What you expected and what happened instead
• Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android, or Safari on iPhone)
• The rough size and format of the file, if that is relevant

Please do not attach the file itself. The whole point of this site is that your documents stay on your device, and that should apply to emailing me as well. A description of the file is always enough.

Requesting a tool

Tell me the exact thing you were trying to do and the wording of the requirement you were given — for example, "the form says photo must be 35 × 45 mm and under 20 KB". Real requirements from real forms are the best possible input, because they say precisely what the tool has to produce.

Privacy, advertising and legal

Questions about data handling are answered in the privacy policy, and the conditions of use are set out in the terms of use. If something there is unclear or you have a specific request, write to the same address.

Business enquiries

Advertising, partnership and acquisition enquiries reach the same inbox. Note that there is no user database to buy — the site collects no personal data at all, by design.
